Product Prices
Prices are as listed on each product page (Japanese consumption tax included).
For international orders, any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary by destination country/region. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Additional Fees (Other Than Product Price)
There are no additional fees other than the shipping fees above and any customs duties on international orders.
Delivery Time
Every piece in our shop is made to order — finished by hand, one at a time, by artisans.
After your order and payment are confirmed, we will ship within the following timeframes:
S size (9cm): approx. 7–10 business days
M / L sizes (15cm / 20cm): approx. 10–15 business days
Depending on production schedules and order volume, shipping may take longer than usual. Thank you for your understanding.
Estimated delivery times after shipping:
Japan: approx. 1–3 days
International: approx. 7–21 days

* If your order includes multiple sizes, all items will be shipped together once every piece is complete.

Return Period
Please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your item.
Refund Policy
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, we will exchange it or issue a full refund, with return shipping at our expense.
Each daruma is painted entirely by hand, so slight variations in brushwork and color are part of its individuality and are not considered defects. Thank you for your understanding.
Returns for customer convenience (change of mind, etc.) are not accepted.

Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by us. In the case of returns due to customer convenience, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
