Shipping policy

Made to Order

Every piece in our shop is made to order — finished by hand, one at a time, by artisans in Takasaki, Japan. Because each daruma is created after you order it, please allow production time before shipping.

Production & Shipping Timeframes

After your order and payment are confirmed, we will ship within the following timeframes:

• S size (9cm): approx. 7–10 business days
• M / L sizes (15cm / 20cm): approx. 10–15 business days

Depending on production schedules and order volume, shipping may take longer than usual. Thank you for your understanding. If your order includes multiple sizes, all items will be shipped together once every piece is complete.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times after shipping:

• Japan: approx. 1–3 days
• International: approx. 7–21 days

Delivery may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, and carrier conditions. All orders ship from Tokyo with tracking, carefully packed in a protective gift box.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your region and the size of your order. International orders of ¥30,000 or more (tax included) qualify for free shipping.

Customs & Import Duties

Prices do not include customs duties or import taxes. Depending on your country's regulations, these may be charged by the carrier when your order arrives, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each piece is made to order, we are unable to accept changes or cancellations once production has begun. If you need to correct your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after ordering.
